This study aims to exploring the relationship between transformational leadership and employee voice behavior and the role of intrinsic motivation and work engagement as mediators based on social exchange theory. The survey has been used for data collection in the NamPower where 143 employees sampled for filling the questionnaires. The descriptive statistics has been used for demographic variables and association between variables has been established through Pearson correlation. Factor analysis has conducted for extracting factors. Finally, we use correlation and multiple linear regression analyses to authenticate our hypotheses. The results of the empirical study showed that: transformational leadership has a significant positive influence on voice behavior, intrinsic motivation and employee job engagement plays a partly mediating role between transformational leadership and employee voice behavior. Recommendations and further researches have been formulated.
