The government targets the housing backlog in 2021 to be 5.4 million. This housing provision scheme includes housing needs for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Archipelago's State Capital or better known as IKN Nusantara. In connection with this, the need for flats are still quite a lot, so the need for construction of flats in Indonesia are still very high. Meanwhile, construction accidents in infrastructure development projects in Indonesia are still relatively high. Based on data collected by the Secretariat of the Construction Safety Committee, there were 30 construction accidents that occurred in 2018-2020. The rules and regulations regarding SMKK in Indonesia commonly are Surat Edaran Direktur Jenderal Bina Konstruksi Number 68 Years Of 2024. To make activity-based costing, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) divides the project into sections to make activities more manageable. Each part is considered a product, so planning, cost estimation, observation and building can be done through these parts. Based on research by Yang, K.; Kim, K.; Go, S., from the K3 analysis for the highest level of work accidents in apartment projects is in the range of 40-50% work progress stages and the range of 60-70% progress stages, namely in architectural work items. Based on the above findings, this research focuses on Analysis Of The Coefficient For 9 Cost Components To Implementing Construction Safety Management Systems On Flats Building Development Projects Based On Surat Edaran Direktur Jenderal Bina Konstruksi Number 68 Years Of 2024.
