Abstract

This study develops a mathematical model to address the multi-location training center timetabling problem, focusing on the Yogyakarta Industrial Training Center. Effective scheduling is crucial for optimizing resource utilization, minimizing conflicts, and ensuring equitable workload distribution among staff. The research identifies the challenges faced by conventional scheduling methods and proposes an Integer Programming approach to enhance scheduling efficiency. By analyzing historical workload data and conducting sensitivity analyses, the study demonstrates the model's effectiveness in achieving balanced workloads and reducing scheduling conflicts. The findings aim to improve operational efficiency and participant satisfaction in training programs.
