The construction of warehouses and supporting facilities at Juwata Airport there are several obstacles that cause delays in the implementation of work, so a method of work control is needed, namely the earned value method by assessing the cost performance and time of project implementation such as Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and Cost Performance Index Index (CPI) as well as estimated cost and project completion time. Using the earned value method, a CV value of < 0 was obtained in weeks 20 to 26, which describes a greater cost than planned, while in weeks 24 to 26, SV value < 0 is obtained, which describes delays. And for the CPI value of > 0 in weeks 20 to 26, this describes the costs incurred as smaller than planned, while in weeks 24 to 26 the SPI value < 1 which describes delays. The estimated final cost of the project obtained from EAC was Rp. 15,019,062,678.43 and the estimated time / Time Estimate (TE) in the 26th week showed the figure of 239 calendar days so that the completion time was 28 days late from the contract schedule. And the solution for the delay is to accelerate the work with an additional cost of Rp. 68,970,000
