The management of materials at the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) is crucial for reducing material waste, as waste can increase production costs, leading to inefficiencies and even losses in the production unit. PT. X's Asphalt Mixing Plant Production Unit in the Jabodetabek area faces challenges in managing production, distribution, and quality control data for hotmix. This study aims to develop an information system that can be integrated into all AMP production processes, from material stock in the stockyard, production planning, real-time monitoring, to production reporting. The system is designed as a web-based application that is easily accessible to AMP operators and staff. The development of this information system is expected to provide a solution for improving the company's productivity and profitability.
