Abstract

DKI Jakarta is one of the regions in Indonesia and the Kepulauan Seribu located in the National Capital region, more precisely the Kepulauan Seribu Regency, which consists of 113 coral islands with a total land area of 8.7 km². The study of the islands in the archipelago area is a special attraction for researchers, because of the community's needs for residential areas and tourist attractions so that many agencies must meet the functional needs of the state building itself, one of which is the Fire and Rescue Service Tribe building, in the form of fire stations to anticipate disaster risks in the archipelago lands that Uninhabited and Rescue. The Fire and Rescue Service Tribe is one of the most important government agencies and needs special attention to meet the fulfillment of government buildings. The objectives of this study are: 1. Identify risks that may occur in the construction phase of the Fire Station Construction Project in Kepulauan Seribu Regency; 2. Determine what are the main risks that may occur in the construction phase of the Fire Station Construction Project in Kepulauan Seribu Regency; 3. Planning a response to the main risks in the construction phase of the Project.Construction of Fire Stations in Kepulauan Seribu Regency.
